Please be aware that the regular price after preseason will be a minimum of $20.00 higher as we are told by our supplier, based on all the utilities going up and/or have been up for a while.

NOTICE:
This spring we only take orders using this form below or calling the store at 717-436-9650. This is due to the very short window where the order needs to be placed according to our supplier.
BULK WOOD PELLETS DELIVERY:
Minimum order 2 tons, outside 50 miles delivery one way, minimum delivery of 4 tons. Orders under 4 tons may be subject to wait until multiple deliveries in the area can be made.

Price is $299.21/Ton + Delivery + Super Sack. Due to fuel cost, delivery is $100.00 within 25 miles one way from Port Royal. Each mile over 25 miles is $4.00/mile in addition.

After the preordering it is only going to be on a first come first serve basis. Here are the important points to remember:

► Order ONLY with this order form. (Call the store 717-436-9650 if this does not work for you)
► Last day to put your order in is April 30st, 2026 05:00PM
► Orders must be picked up within a few days after we call you that your order is in. WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR ORDER!
► IMPORTANT: ……. Do not order if you are not committed.
► Pellets to arrive from April to end of June.
► Full ton quantities ONLY.
► Payment due when picking up bagged orders. (No prepayment)
► Payment due before delivery of bulk pellets. (Prepayment Only)
